Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform, including opening and closing accounts, servicing deposits, and resolving debit/credit card issues. Provide consultative support by educating customers on products, identifying financial needs, and referring leads to appropriate partners. Manage customer relationships through outbound calls, SMS outreach, and appointment scheduling while maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict compliance protocols. Work 20 hours per week in Cinnaminson, NJ, with a salary range of $22.00 to $27.75 USD. This role requires completing teller and platform training upon hire and involves occasional domestic travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Required to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License preferred
