Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform, including opening and closing accounts, servicing deposits, and resolving debit/credit card issues. Deliver end-to-end advice by educating customers on products, managing self-generated and referral leads, and setting appointments with Bankers. Represent the store as the first point of contact for walk-in traffic, orchestrate lobby leadership, and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and follow all regulatory policies while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Teller training completion
- Part 1 of platform training completion
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License
