Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform, including opening and closing accounts, servicing deposits and withdrawals, and resolving debit/credit card issues. Deliver end-to-end advice by educating customers on products, managing leads through outbound calls and appointments, and referring complex needs to internal partners. Maintain cash drawer balances, adhere to compliance and authentication protocols, and orchestrate lobby traffic while ensuring a positive customer experience. Work during operating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, completing required training upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Teller training completion
- Part 1 of platform training completion
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License
