Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line and platform, including opening/closing accounts, servicing deposits, and resolving debit/credit issues. Deliver end-to-end advice by educating customers on products, identifying financial needs, and referring them to appropriate partners or experts. Manage customer relationships through lead generation, outbound outreach, and appointment scheduling while maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance protocols. Service customers on both the teller line and digital channels, ensuring a positive experience and meeting wait time targets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Teller training completion
- Part 1 of platform training completion
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License
