Job Summary
Manage client flow and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners. Deliver everyday banking transactions, including account opening and maintenance, while proactively identifying needs to connect clients with specialists. Act as a hospitality ambassador by guiding traffic flow and ensuring a high-touch client experience. Perform a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits and escalate non-standard issues internally. Engage in inbound and outbound acquisition efforts to deepen relationships and advocate for clients through empathetic, compliant interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
- Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution
