Job Summary

Process customer transactions, open new accounts, and provide consultative advice on banking products and services to help clients achieve their financial goals. Accurately complete everyday banking tasks on the teller line or platform while managing cash drawers, resolving debit/credit card issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act. Service customers on both the teller line and digital platforms, including mobile and online banking, while maintaining appropriate cash limits and following dual control procedures. Manage wait times, schedule client meetings, and prioritize leads through outbound calls and SMS outreach to deepen relationships and drive referrals to internal partners.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience working with customers
  • Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Teller training completion
  • Part 1 of platform training completion
  • Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Notary License
