Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash handling such as verifying currency and balancing drawers. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries while educating clients on digital options and referring them to specialized partners. Engage in lobby leadership by orchestrating customer flow and assisting supervisors with daily duties. Ensure compliance with regulations like the Bank Secrecy Act, verify customer identities, and maintain secure cash limits and vaults. Complete required training by established due dates and work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
