Job Summary
Manage client flow and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners. Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while proactively identifying needs to help clients reach their financial goals. Educate clients on banking products and self-serve solutions, utilizing insights to recommend tailored financial objectives. Complete required job-related training upon hire and adhere to AML laws and regulatory requirements to safeguard client relationships. Work during operating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
- Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
