Job Summary
Manage client flow and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals within the Glassboro, NJ branch. Deliver everyday banking transactions with accuracy while proactively identifying client needs to recommend appropriate products and self-serve solutions. Uphold TD's risk and regulatory standards by verifying identification, maintaining data integrity, and escalating non-standard issues in accordance with AML laws. Complete required training and participate in performance development activities to strengthen compliance knowledge and contribute to a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
- Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
