Job Summary
Manage client flow and transactions as the first point of contact, delivering relationship-driven banking experiences while educating clients on products and self-serve solutions. Handle everyday banking activities within established financial limits, proactively identifying needs to refer clients to appropriate partners and achieve their financial objectives. Verify client identification, maintain data integrity, and escalate non-standard issues in accordance with AML laws and regulatory requirements. Work during operating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support over 27 million households with accurate, efficient service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution
- Bilingual Georgian or Russian
