Job Summary
Manage client flow and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals within the Margate branch. Deliver everyday banking transactions with accuracy while proactively identifying needs to help clients reach financial goals through personalized product education. Uphold risk and regulatory standards by verifying identification, maintaining data integrity, and escalating non-standard issues in accordance with AML laws. Complete required training and participate in team activities to foster a positive work environment aligned with TD's service strategy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and within deadlines
- Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
- Bilingual Creole (Preferred)
- Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution (Preferred)

- Notary License preferred
