Job Summary
Associate Banker in Heavy Equipment Distribution Commercial Banking to support clients by leveraging sector expertise to tailor financial solutions, drive new business opportunities, and deepen existing partnerships. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, structuring credit solutions, introducing products (Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card, Merchant Services), and collaborating with product partners from origination to closing in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in banking or finance (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Strong leadership and consultative sales skills
- Experience with credit analysis and structuring credit solutions
- Knowledge of products/services including credit, treasury, and merchant services
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for commercial banking
