Job Summary
Grow and retain profitable relationships within the Healthcare Technology segment for JPMorgan's Middle Market Banking; acquire new clients, manage risk, research prospects, identify strategic partnerships; build a brand in the market as the leading Middle Market bank serving diverse clients; deliver the entire firm to clients and work both independently and as part of a dynamic team; ensure a customer-centric mindset while managing risks; collaborate with senior partners and control partners to provide banking tools and services; role requires FINRA licenses within 180 days of hire and preferably a Bachelor's degree with formal credit training; location in Miami, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 2 plus years of related experience
- Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Excellent sales management and business development skills
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
