Job Summary
Associate Banker on the Healthcare Technology team within JPMorgan Chase’s Commercial Bank (Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries). You will grow and retain profitable relationships with Healthcare Technology clients, research prospects to determine banking tools needed to power their business, and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships. The role emphasizes building a market brand for the Healthcare Technology team and balancing customer-centric service with risk management, working both independently and as part of a team to deliver the firm’s services. Strong emphasis on sales, relationship management, and collaboration with senior partners. Requires 3+ years of experience and FINRA licenses (or ability to obtain within 180 days); Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with Commercial Banking products and Capital Markets/Investment Banking products is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience
- Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Excellent sales management and business development skills
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
