Job Summary
Associate Banker in Healthcare, Higher Education and Not for Profit (HHN) focusing on Treasury and Credit products. You will collaborate with senior bankers to support and manage portfolios, prepare for client meetings, resolve issues, and perform credit/financial analysis. You’ll provide leadership and mentorship to analysts and summer interns, stay informed on industry trends, and identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships while developing solutions across Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card, and Paymentech. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years with above average performance results in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experience
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership and communication skills required; natural curiosity and sense of urgency
- Proven capability to assist in building and maintaining new and beneficial relationships
- Ability to identify potential risks in complex credit transactions and assist in structuring and negotiating solutions
