Associate Banker

Associate Banker responsible for delivering exceptional service in a Retail Banking environment. Drives needs-based conversations to identify customer financial solutions, advises on personal banking and investment products, and collaborates with branch partners to enhance the customer experience. Engages customers walking into the branch, guides them through digital and self-serve options, and conducts client conversations to address everyday banking needs (including credit cards) while contributing to branch business results and risk/compliance policies. Works within a team-based, multi-channel setting, maintaining accurate records, supporting operations, and promoting referrals to broaden the customer relationship. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach and ability to adapt to varying schedules and market needs.
