Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying needs and providing advice on financial solutions. Welcomes clients in the lobby, guides them through digital options, and recommends alternative banking channels. Collaborates with partners to identify referral opportunities and grows customer relationships beyond personal banking. Reviews profiles to address everyday banking plans and credit card needs while contributing to branch business results. Supports operational activities including inventory management, filing, and escalated service requests. Follows risk and compliance processes to safeguard assets and report suspicious activity related to money laundering. Maintains current knowledge of personal banking products and integrates marketing promotions into customer conversations.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
- Canada only
- Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles
