Job Summary
As an Associate Banker, provide exceptional service in a part-time, in-branch role (approx. 20 hours/week) delivering personalized banking guidance, needs-based conversations, and guidance on digital/self-serve options. Collaborate with branch and partners to identify referral opportunities, offer personal banking and investment advice, and contribute to branch business results and customer experience. Engage customers to understand banking and credit card needs, facilitate transactions, and support risk/compliance processes while staying current on products, practices, and trends. May work across multiple branches or channels based on market needs, with flexible scheduling and a focus on delivering a simple, fast banking experience.
