Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by welcoming clients in the lobby, guiding them through digital options, and recommending alternative banking channels. Identifies customer needs to provide advice on financial solutions, credit cards, and investment products, integrating marketing promotions into conversations. Collaborates with partners to identify referral opportunities and supports operational activities including inventory management and filing. Reviews customer profiles to address everyday banking plans and reports suspicious patterns related to money laundering. Follows risk and compliance processes to safeguard assets while maintaining current knowledge of the financial marketplace and regulatory environment. Works part-time for 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule that may vary by day and shift.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
- Canada only
- Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles
- Drive to deliver a personal customer experience
