Job Summary
As an Associate Banker, you will deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects in a part-time, 20-hour weekly role. You’ll identify customer needs and provide guidance on financial solutions, collaborate with branch and partner teams to enhance the customer experience, and guide clients through personal banking and investment conversations. Responsibilities include handling transaction-based needs, recommending banking channels and digital tools, conducting needs-based conversations to address everyday banking and credit card needs, contributing to branch business results, supporting operational activities, and identifying referral opportunities to grow customer relationships. You’ll also help maintain risk/compliance, stay current on products and market trends, and contribute to a collaborative, team-driven environment at the Los Angeles branch.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
