Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying needs and providing advice on financial solutions. Welcomes clients in the lobby, guides them through digital options, and collaborates with partners to identify referral opportunities. Reviews customer profiles to address everyday banking plans and credit card needs while contributing to branch business results. Supports operational activities including inventory management and following up on customer applications. Probes to understand personal banking and credit card needs, integrating marketing promotions into conversations. Follows risk and compliance processes to safeguard assets and maintain privacy, reporting suspicious patterns related to money laundering. Maintains current knowledge of personal banking products and trends to uphold ethical industry requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
- Canada only
