Job Summary
Assist customers in-branch with personal banking, investment guidance, and digital/self-serve options; identify customer needs and provide financial solutions aligned with customers' best interests. Collaborate with branch and market teams to deliver a positive experience, engage in needs-based conversations for banking and credit card needs, and drive referrals. Contribute to branch operations, risk/compliance adherence, and the broader customer experience by proactively welcoming clients, guiding them through services, and tailoring conversations to promote convenient banking channels and personalized service.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months) - as appropriate for the jurisdiction
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications
- Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
