Associate Banker

Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects as an Associate Banker in a part-time role (approximately 20 hours/week). Builds relationships by identifying customer needs and guiding them to appropriate personal banking and investment solutions. Partners with branch colleagues to pursue referrals, promote digital/self-serve options, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Conducts needs-based conversations to address everyday banking plans, credit card needs, and opportunities to expand the customer’s relationship with BMO. Supports branch operations, risk and compliance, and follows applicable regulations to protect customers and assets. May work at multiple branches or through various channels depending on market needs, with flexible scheduling. Requires a focus on customer experience, collaboration within a team, and ongoing learning about personal banking products and practices.
