Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying needs and providing advice on financial solutions. Welcomes clients in the lobby, guides them through digital options, and conducts conversations to recommend alternative banking channels and investment advice. Reviews customer profiles to identify opportunities for credit cards and everyday banking plans while supporting operational activities like inventory management and application processing. Probes to understand personal banking needs, integrates marketing promotions, and reports suspicious activity patterns related to money laundering. Maintains current knowledge of personal banking products and complies with all risk, legal, and regulatory requirements to safeguard customer assets.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
- Canada only
