Associate Banker

Deliver exceptional service in a BMO branch as a part-time Associate Banker (20 hrs/week). Identify customer needs and offer guidance on financial solutions, including personal banking and credit card options. Collaborate with branch and partners to enhance the customer experience, promote digital/self-serve channels, and drive referrals to broaden customer relationships. Conduct needs-based conversations, maintain knowledge of personal banking products, and support branch operations with risk and compliance practices. May work at multiple branches or across channels based on market needs; schedules may vary by week. Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating a personalized customer experience and contributing to branch business results.
