Job Summary
Provide personalized banking guidance to customers and prospects, identify referral opportunities to grow relationships beyond personal banking, and guide customers through digital and self-serve options. As a lobby leader, conduct client conversations about banking services and investments, deliver a personal customer experience, and contribute to branch goals while ensuring risk and compliance. Collaborate with branch teammates to meet customer needs, organize information for accuracy, and apply creative approaches to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
- Verbal & written communication skills - Good.
- Organization skills - Good.
- Collaboration & team skills - Good.
- Analytical and problem solving skills - Good.
