Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers by identifying needs, providing financial solutions, and guiding prospects through digital and self-serve options. Welcomes clients in the branch lobby, recommends alternative banking channels, and executes transaction-based needs while collaborating with partners to grow customer relationships. Reviews profiles to address everyday banking plans and credit card needs, integrating marketing promotions into conversations to provide strategic advice. Supports operational activities including inventory management, escalated service requests, and filing. Follows risk and compliance processes to safeguard assets, reports suspicious activity patterns, and analyzes issues to determine next steps. May work at multiple branches or through various channels based on market needs; work schedule may differ from week to week in terms of days worked, hours, and shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
- Canada only
- Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles
