Associate Banker

As an Associate Banker, you’ll deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects, guiding conversations about personal banking, credit cards, and investment options. You’ll engage customers in needs-based discussions to identify opportunities, collaborate with branch partners to expand relationships, promote digital and self-serve options, and assist with day-to-day operations while maintaining risk and compliance standards. You’ll conduct client conversations, reference bank products and marketing promotions, and help drive branch business results through proactive service, problem solving, and a focus on delivering a personalized customer experience across multiple channels. You may work at multiple branches based on market needs, and schedules may vary by week. You’ll stay current on personal banking products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, and you’ll contribute to a safe, ethical banking environment by recognizing suspicious activity and protecting customer assets. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate within a team-oriented, cross-functional setting.
