Job Summary
Associate Banker role delivering exceptional service to BMO customers; identifies needs and provides financial solutions, collaborates with branch and partners to promote customer experience; guides customers through banking channels, offers personal banking and investment guidance, conducts needs-based conversations for banking and credit card needs, supports branch operations, identifies referral opportunities, and contributes to achieving branch business results. Requires consultative sales mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt to varying shifts and multiple channels. Canada-specific credentialing for investment products may apply; US-based operations at North Platte, NE locations are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
