Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying needs and providing advice on financial solutions. Welcomes clients in the branch lobby, guides them through digital and self-serve options, and recommends alternative banking channels. Collaborates with partners to identify referral opportunities and grows customer relationships beyond personal banking. Reviews customer profiles to address everyday banking plans and credit card needs while meeting transaction-based requirements. Supports operational activities including inventory management, escalated service requests, and filing. Follows risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and report suspicious activity related to money laundering. Maintains current knowledge of personal banking products and integrates marketing promotions into customer conversations.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
