Job Summary
Support the Fund's balance sheet and liquidity through analysis and execution of funding strategies, including Delta One activities. Monitor and manage securities lending, borrowing, and funding activities across equity and fixed income portfolios while assisting in trade execution for stock loans, repos, and futures. Build analytical tools and models to support investment decision-making, perform ad hoc analysis to identify trends, and ensure timely processing of trades and corporate actions. Collaborate with team members to optimize portfolio liquidity and capital efficiency. This role combines analytical rigor with trading support to execute funding strategies and manage collateral across a complex portfolio within the Investment Management division.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, trading, collateral management, or liquidity management
Desired Qualifications
- Trading Delta One products (e.g., equity swaps, futures, index strategies) and funding markets
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with programming languages such as Python
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset with an interest in trading, technology, and automation
- Enrollment in or completion of a professional designation (e.g., CFA)
