Job Summary
Monitor and process all manual review transactions on HotScan, ensuring execution within prescribed time frames and proper authorization for OFAC, JMOF, BSA/AML, and other compliance matters across multiple operational shifts. Complete database maintenance tasks including Pre Advice limits updates and Monthly Buffer Asset-FED Caps updates on GPP and HotScan. Execute TSU IntelliTRACS Cases, manage reporting functions, and maintain comprehensive filing systems for all referred transactions. Educate staff on compliance changes, analyze HotScan software for weaknesses, and recommend system enhancements. Maintain OFAC and compliance records using IntelliTracs and GPP/SAMH, distribute unit mailbox emails, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly statistical and quality assurance reports.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience in all Money Transfer functions
- Operations back office industry experience
- Thorough understanding of OFAC, JMOF, BSA/AML and other Compliance rules as they apply to the movement of funds and all banking related instruments
- Complete understanding of payment formatting, including SWIFT, CHIPS, Fedwire, and foreign exchange principles
- Higher education preferred with banking and financial background
- Flexibility with hours as process must be covered at all times
- The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day
