Associate Automotive Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise automotive technicians within UPS’s Automotive Development Program framework to maintain a safe, reliable, and cost-efficient fleet. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, monitoring repairs and inventory, analyzing labor costs, managing vendor interactions, following expense approval procedures, and developing replacement strategies. Supports continuous improvement through webinars and mentoring, and requires strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and flexibility for a night-shift schedule (M-F, 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.). Must be located in Rockford, IL or willing to relocate; on-site supervisory role with a competitive pay range and robust benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Automotive acumen/experience - Preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
