Associate Auto Adjuster

Entry Level Auto Claims Adjuster role in Colorado Springs, CO with USAA. Participates in a comprehensive, fully paid four-month training program including materials, licensing costs, and instructor-led guidance, with in-office start and potential after training to work offsite part-time. Responsibilities include adjusting non-injury auto claims under supervision, investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling low complexity auto claims (e.g., simple comprehensive and collision, glass, roadside, rental coverage) while complying with state laws and internal procedures; documenting thought processes, collaborating with internal and external partners, and delivering proactive, high-quality customer service to members. Training occurs in-office for the first 8 weeks; shift after training is likely Monday–Friday with potential evenings/weekends. May require CAT deployment travel and occasional after-hours work. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; must obtain an insurance adjuster license and state registrations within 90 days of hire.
