Job Summary
Associate Auction Coordinator in Poughkeepsie, NY (Part Time). Responsible for welcoming guests and collecting attendee information to ensure pre-auction requirements are met, providing customer service about Auction.com programs, collecting sensitive buyer/seller data with high accuracy, and supporting auction setup, data entry into Auction Sync, and certificate-of-sale-related tasks. Keys: attend auctions/training, assist with registration, COS writing, funds management, and onboarding attendees; lift up to 50lbs; multi-task in a fast-paced auction environment; operate with attention to policy and procedure; training and guidance for attendees. This role emphasizes customer service, data accuracy, and hands-on event support in an entry-level operations context.
