Associate Auction Coordinator - Parkersburg, WV (PART TIME OPPORTUNITY)

Be the face of Auction.com, conducting, co-hosting, and participating in live auctions, interact with bidders, and ensure all pre-auction requirements are met. Learn and share knowledge about Auction.com programs to deliver the best auction experience, collect sensitive buyer and seller information with 100% data input accuracy, provide customer service to attendees, and complete event-related tasks such as receipts and reports. The role covers the Parkersburg, WV territory with travel up to 2 hours to surrounding counties; a rental car is provided for travel outside the primary territory. Requires flexible scheduling, training sessions (in person and via Zoom), and 8–12 hours of work per week on average. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced auction environment, stand outdoors in all weather, and travel in a personal vehicle up to 2 hours. Prior auction experience is appreciated but not required. Knowledge, skills, and abilities include: customer service orientation, tech-savviness with troubleshooting, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, adaptability, ability to work independently and in a team, and the capacity to interact with a crowd and handle cash. 100% equal opportunity employer.
