Job Summary
Associate Auction Coordinator role based in Brunswick, GA, responsible for co-hosting and participating in live auctions, interacting with bidders, and ensuring smooth auction operations. Requires professionalism with customers and staff, facilitating auction day processes, maintaining equipment/materials, and serving as a subject-matter expert on customer resources. Strong communication, tech-savviness, and ability to work both independently and with a team are essential. duties include auction coordination, bid tracking, collecting customer information via proprietary software, preparing receipts and event reports, and contributing to training. Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, outdoor environment, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and willing to travel up to 2 hours for surrounding area auctions. Prior auction experience is appreciated but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum education requirement.
