Job Summary
Associate Attorney with Pennsylvania bar admission, seeking to join Zwicker & Associates, P.C. in Trevose, PA. Responsibilities include drafting/reviewing pleadings and discovery, representing clients at hearings, negotiations, and trials, utilizing internal software to track accounts, and ensuring compliance with firm and client procedures. Candidates should have strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills, ability to handle a large caseload, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to travel to courtrooms as needed. Preferred candidates may have at least one year of litigation experience and knowledge of civil procedure; debt collection experience is a plus. This is a full-time, full-benefit role with a base salary of $85,000-$100,000 per year plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
- Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
- Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
- Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
- Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
