Associate Attorney x 4

Associate Attorney x4 for a fully remote role based in California. Responsibilities include managing client matters from intake through resolution, negotiating with creditors and opposing counsel, handling cases involving debt collection, financial hardship, or tenant rights, using the firm’s Salesforce-based system to track progress, and collaborating with senior attorneys and administrative staff. The role offers a standard 9-to-6 schedule with no billable-hour requirements, no sales or client acquisition duties, and no fee generation responsibilities. Ideal candidates have a California Bar license, 1–2 years of relevant litigation or negotiation experience, and a passion for helping underserved populations. Fully remote setup and mentorship from an experienced Managing Attorney are provided.
