Job Summary
Draft critical motions, develop written discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in court proceedings for complex, multi-party litigation. This role requires a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school, an active Missouri or Illinois license, and 1-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for civil litigation, workers compensation defense, or medical malpractice. The position is based at the St. Louis office near the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Candidates must be able to work productively in team settings and pass a background check. Base salary ranges from $93,000 to $125,000, with an incentive bonus plan offering potential additional monthly compensation up to $2,500.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active State of Missouri and/or Illinois Law license, in good standing
- 1-5 years' experience
- Ability to work productively in team settings
- Must be able to pass a background check
