Job Summary
Conduct intake meetings to document facts on liability, damages, and coverage while building client trust. Direct investigations to assess insurance coverage and gather critical evidence for strong trial cases. Negotiate aggressively with adjusters to resolve 95% of cases within full settlement value and file suits when necessary. Prepare pleadings, discovery, and trial strategies for litigation, including mediation or arbitration. Collaborate with the team to review out-of-standard cases weekly and ensure efficient case progression. Generate $1.5 million in attorney fees annually while achieving a 95% positive client review rate. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, attending daily huddles and hearings as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM
- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for our injured clients
