Job Summary
Conduct intake meetings with clients, document liability and damages, and outline action items to posture cases effectively. Direct investigations to build strong trial-ready cases, assess insurance coverage, and gather critical evidence. Prepare pleadings and discovery for lawsuits, strategize trial preparations, and negotiate aggressively with adjusters while maintaining relationships. Resolve 95% of cases within Full Settlement Value, generating $1.5 million in attorney fees annually and achieving a 95% positive client review rate. Review and sign correspondence drafted by team members to ensure efficient case progression. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, attending daily huddles and hearings as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM
- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for our injured clients
