Job Summary
Conduct client intakes, document liability and damages, and direct investigations to build strong cases. Negotiate settlements aggressively while preparing pleadings, discovery, and trial strategies. Resolve 95% of cases within full settlement value and generate $1.5 million in annual attorney fees. Review and sign correspondence, attend daily huddles, and collaborate with investigators and paralegals to maximize recovery for injured clients. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a focus on achieving 95% positive client review rates.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (assistance provided)
- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for our injured clients
