Job Summary
Conduct intake meetings, document liability and damages, and direct investigations to build strong cases for trial. Prepare pleadings, discovery, and trial strategies while negotiating aggressively with adjusters to resolve 95% of cases at full settlement value. Review and sign correspondence drafted by team members, ensuring efficient case progression from filing through mediation or arbitration. Generate $1.5 million in attorney fees annually while maintaining a 95% positive client review rate. Work Monday through Friday with daily 8 AM huddles, reporting weekly on out-of-standard cases to lead attorneys.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM
- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for our injured clients
