Direct investigations to gather critical evidence, assess insurance coverage, and prepare cases for trial. Negotiate aggressively with adjusters to resolve 95% of cases within full settlement value, filing suits when necessary. Review correspondence drafted by team members and collaborate to ensure efficient case progression through litigation. Maximize recovery for client harm and generate $1.5 million in attorney fees annually. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, attending daily huddles and hearings as required. Required Qualifications
