Job Summary
Conduct intake meetings with clients to document facts on liability, damages, and coverage while building trust. Lead investigations by assessing insurance coverage and gathering critical evidence to build strong cases for trial. Negotiate aggressively with adjusters to resolve 95% of cases within Full Settlement Value, or file suit and guide clients through litigation. Prepare pleadings, discovery, and trial strategies for lawsuits, mediations, or arbitrations. Review and sign correspondence drafted by team members to ensure efficient case progression. Collaborate with investigators, case managers, and lead attorneys to maximize recovery for injured clients. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, attending daily huddles and hearings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (assistance provided)
- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for our injured clients
