Job Summary
Conduct intake meetings with clients to document facts on liability, damages, and coverage while building trust. Lead investigations to assess insurance coverage, gather critical evidence, and prepare cases for trial. Negotiate aggressively with adjusters to resolve 95% of cases at full settlement value or file suit and guide litigation through pleadings and discovery. Collaborate with team members to review out-of-standard cases weekly and ensure efficient case progression. Maximize recovery for injured clients while achieving a 95% positive client review rate and generating $1.5 million in annual fees. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, attending daily huddles and hearings as needed.
