Job Summary
Conduct daily intake meetings to document liability and damages, then lead direct investigations to assess insurance coverage and gather critical evidence. Prepare cases for trial by evaluating full settlement values and negotiating aggressively with adjusters, filing suits when necessary and guiding clients through litigation. Collaborate with the team to review out-of-standard cases weekly and sign correspondence drafted by members, ensuring efficient case progression. Resolve 95% of cases within full settlement value while generating $1.5 million in attorney fees annually and maintaining a 95% positive client review rate. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, attending daily huddles and hearings as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (assistance provided)
- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for our injured clients
