Job Summary
Conduct intake meetings with clients to document facts on liability, damages, and coverage while building trust. Direct investigations to gather critical evidence and assess insurance coverage. Prepare cases for trial, negotiate aggressively with adjusters, and file suits when necessary. Strategize and execute trial preparations, mediation, or arbitration. Review and sign correspondence drafted by team members to ensure efficient case progression. Resolve 95% of cases within Full Settlement Value and generate $1.5 Million in attorney fees annually. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, attending daily huddles and meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM
- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for our injured clients
