Job Summary
Conduct intake meetings with clients to document facts on liability, damages, and coverage, then build strong cases through direct investigations and evidence gathering. Negotiate aggressively to resolve 95% of cases within Full Settlement Value while maintaining adjuster relationships, or file suits and guide litigation through pleadings, discovery, and trial preparations. Collaborate with the team to review out-of-standard cases weekly, sign correspondence, and achieve a 95% positive client review rate. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, attending daily huddles and hearings as needed, with relocation assistance provided for the move to Albuquerque.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM
- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for our injured clients
